    Kaizer Blade: A ruthless former assassin and rising underworld dictator. The only thing greater than his lust for power to establish his own version of "order", his hatred for former comrade later rival Rayne. 
    A while back I began an ongoing pet project for a game concept this character is one of a few working ideas for characters. His concept centered around a warped combination of man and machine.
